These terms apply to reservations at Lyngvika Resort made through this site or directly with the resort. This is a summary. The resort's booking confirmation contains the binding terms. In any conflict, the resort's official terms prevail. Contact the resort at +46 90 71 8400 or info@lyngvikaresort.com for current terms.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before check-in (12pm CET) carry no charge. Within 48 hours, a one-night room charge plus applicable taxes applies. No-shows are charged the full reservation value.
Charged in full at booking. No refunds. Date changes not permitted. Exceptions only where required by EU and Swedish consumer protection law.
Cancellation requires at least 7 days' notice for a full refund. Between 3 and 7 days before check-in: 50% charge. Within 72 hours: non-refundable. Heather Suite terms are specified at the time of confirmation.
Packages including gaming credits or tournament entry are governed by separate package terms. Gaming credits are typically non-refundable and subject to expiry dates. Refer to your package confirmation for specifics.
Björk reservations require 24 hours' notice to cancel without charge. Late cancellations may incur a per-person fee. Group dining bookings require 48 hours; late cancellations are charged the set menu price.
Treatments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before appointment without charge. Within 4 hours or no-show: 50% of the treatment value is charged.
Theatre tickets are non-refundable except where the resort cancels the event, in which case a full refund or rebooking option is offered. Tickets may not be resold commercially.
Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are governed by a group contract with specific cancellation terms negotiated at the time of booking. Group contract terms take precedence over this general policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Third-party platform bookings may take up to 14 business days. Minor currency fluctuation differences may occur on non-SEK refunds.
In extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control, the resort may modify cancellation terms in line with applicable consumer protection law. Affected guests should contact the resort directly.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under EU and Swedish consumer protection law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
